After several postponements, Nintendo recently announced that the Super Nintendo World theme park (Super Nintendo World) will officially open on March 18. The park is located in Universal Studios Japan in Osaka. It was originally planned to open last summer, but it was postponed to February 4 this year due to COVID-19 ，but it has since been postponed to the present.
Although COVID-19 in Japan has been brought under some control, Nintendo has taken some preventive measures during the opening of the park. It requires all guests to wear masks. Although no specific number is listed, Nintendo said that Universal Studios is currently restricting ticket sales.
The inside of the park looks like a living Mario game, with animated spinning coins, Goombas and Koopa Troopas. Even Yoshi appeared. There are at least three themed areas, including the Mushroom Kingdom, Peach’s Castle, and Bowser’s Fortress.
